STUDIO POLICY [Studio Name] | [Teacher Name] | [contact email] Last updated March 5, 2026 1. LESSON CANCELLATIONS 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson fee. No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee. Exceptions: Late cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances may be excused at the teacher's discretion. Please notify as early as possible. 2. MAKEUP LESSONS Makeups are available for lessons cancelled by the teacher. Student cancellations do not receive makeup lessons. 3. PAYMENT Tuition is billed monthly in advance, due by the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods: StudioKit (online), cash, and check. A credit card on file is required at enrollment. Invoices unpaid after 7 days will incur a $15 late fee. 4. HOLIDAYS & STUDIO CLOSURES Tuition is billed as a flat monthly rate regardless of the number of lessons in a given month.
